First-ever Mass at Carhart’s abortion facility. Lives Saved!
“Let her go!” At Carhart’s abortion facility (Jun 5th), Pat offered help to a single Mother in her car at the driveway. She said, “you aren’t here to stop me are you?” Pat said, “I’m here to help you get free services.” She said, “great, I can’t afford this $700 abortion.” While Pat was encouraging the Mother, a police officer approached Pat yelling, “Let her go!” The Mother said “yes” when the police officer asked if she wanted to speak with Pat. The Mother parked in the privately owned parking lot next to the abortion facility. Bernadette walked her to the nearby pregnancy help center while sharing encouragement as a fellow single mother. Everyone prayed. The Mother chose life! Pat called the police after an abortion facility escort walked into the private parking lot and took photos of our cars. [The police previously told us they had to arrest us if we walked in the abortion facility parking lot.] After giving the escort a warning, the police said that Pat “couldn’t stop women from entering the health clinic.” Pat informed the police officer that it wasn’t a health clinic, rather an abortion facility, and nobody was getting healthy there. Then Pat clarified that he was not stopping cars but was inviting them to stop for help.
Pack of smokes and sack of rocks. At Carhart’s abortion facility (Jun 5th), Pat visited with a single Mom through a car sunroof. He offered her help and let her know she could walk out at anytime. The Dad waited on a curb in the parking lot, smoking a cigarette. He ignored Pat until asked if he was man enough to visit for just one minute. He sarcastically said, “no, I was castrated.” Pat said, “sorry to hear that, could I have a smoke with you?” He said, “this is my last one.” Pat said, “if I get you a pack will you visit with me?” He said, “ok.” Pat walked across the street and bought his first pack of smokes. The Dad came over. While they smoked, Pat learned that his big concern was that the baby wouldn’t get adopted. The Dad was shocked to learn that there is a 2 year line to adopt a baby, parents are waiting. The Dad shared that the pregnancy was like a “sack of rocks” and the Mom wanted to get rid of the weight. Pat explained that we can help her carry the baby, so she doesn’t have to carry the abortion sack of rocks for the rest of her life. He said, “good point.” Pat said, “I got you a pack of smokes, will you do me a favor?” He said, “ok.” Pat said, “will you please go inside, give her my contact info for help, and ask her to leave?” He said, “I’ll do it.” He walked into the abortion facility and didn’t come out before Pat departed a couple hours later. We all prayed. The Mom later left the abortion facility and said, “I can’t do it.” She left without a sack of rocks (abortion) and with the greatest treasure (child), praise God!
