25 Jan Conversion (Acts 22:15) by Dr. Rich Reich
“For you will be his witness before all to what you have seen and heard.” ~ Acts 22:15 (full readings)
.Rich’s Reflections: The conversion of Paul is repeated three times at considerable length in the Acts of the Apostles (Acts 9:1-22, Acts 22:1-21, Acts 26:1-23). This threefold repetition indicates how critical it is for people to hear about God bringing someone to conversion. Paul knew that when he told his conversion story, God would receive glory. He also knew that Satan would be defeated by the witness of his conversion testimony. Therefore, he was never “ashamed of (his) testimony to our Lord”. The Lord plans to do the same with our conversion testimonies. My very own conversion (or metanoia) happened in 2006 due to my friend Pat Castle. Pat planted the seeds of my faith through spiritual guidance and serving as a model of Christian life for me and God did the rest. Share your own conversion stories with others and pray that those who are involved with the abortion industry will have their own conversion.

Faith Quote: “The church is not a theological classroom. It is a conversion, confession, repentance, reconciliation, forgiveness and sanctification center, where flawed people place their faith in Christ, gather to know and love him better, and learn to love others as he designed.” ~ Paul David Tripp
