Prayer that Changes (Ps 31:16) by Stacey Wollman

26 Dec Prayer that Changes (Ps 31:16) by Stacey Wollman

“Let your favor shine on your servant. In your unfailing love, rescue me.”
~ Ps 31:16 (full readings)
Stacey’s Reflections:  Everyday at the pregnancy help center, we ask the Lord to give us favor and demonstrate His compassion as women come to find help dealing with their unplanned pregnancy. Our goal is to present the truth by sharing with each woman that their life and the life of their unborn baby holds intrinsic value. That each individual human being is unique and irreplaceable. That her relationship with her child has intrinsic worth and beauty.   The wonder of each mother’s first glance through the window to Her womb by ultrasound technology helps bring visible truth of valuable life for each mother.  Please hold those of us working on the front lines at pregnancy centers in your daily prayers, as God’s favor works with us and His unfailing love through us to rescue those from abortion.  By doing so lives are changed!

Faith Quote:
“I used to pray that God would feed the hungry, or do this or that, but now I pray that he will guide me to do whatever I’m supposed to do, what I can do. I used to pray for answers, but now I’m praying for strength. I used to believe that prayer changes things, but now I know that prayer changes us and we change things.” ~ Mother Teresa

Through Christ our Lord,
