“Today Chris Slattery told me that doctors can’t remove the tumors. He is full of cancer. Could LIFE Runners possibly pray to St Padre Pio for this champion of life? Maybe he could get a cure. He has 13 pro life centers in the NY Metro area. He is a man who has stood tall despite law suits and the futu of the enemy. Thousands of children have been saved thanks to Chris’s apostolate.” Bill McIntosh

Gracious God. We love you. You are the center of our joy and the strength of our lives. We pray against the spirit of anti Christ, false witness, terrorism, idolatry, sexual immorality, sorcery, leviathan, jezebel, witchcraft, hatred, wars, pestilences, famine, divination and violence. We pray that the spirit of darkness be lifted from America and the scales would be lifted from peoples eyes that they may see the truth and be set free. We pray that the ancient foundations of American be not removed and that you would bring men and women to a place of repentance and forgive our sins. We ask that you surround President Trump with Godly council and that all elected officials and world leaders will have wise counsel and have a heart for God. We ask that you will forgive the sins of our land and heal our land. Have mercy on us all. Grant us your peace and direction. We pray for revival in our hearts and churches. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem and healing for all of those affected by the corona virus. Lord in your loving kindness and tender mercies hear our prayers and let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We give you glory for moving by your spirit and answering our prayers. Hello everyone. I haven’t joined Life Runners yet but I am interested to. I met a representative while praying in front of a Planned Parenthood in West Chester, PA.
I am strong in the faith but I have been very off and it has been very frustrating, My anxiety level is very high right now because I do not know what to do in my life right now despite me pursuing a masters degree. I have been in church groups an in questioning about going or continuing into discerning. I am afraid to tell family this and my girl friend knows about this situation.
I need help and running has been helping but I do not trust myself in training. My coach from my Alma Mater is willing to give me a schedule but he only told me to just run for now.
Please pray for me. I want to join a team but I heard this is not a big team in my area in NJ (Edison, NJ) and unsure about the West Chester PA area.

First let us give the Lord thanks for the abundance of all things. Please pray that the Lord would deliver his people from evil men; That the Lord would preserve his people from violent men, who plan evil things in their heart and stir up wars continually. Pray against the spirit of anti Christ, false witness, terrorism, leviathan, jezebel, witchcraft, hatred, wars, pestilences, famine, divination and violence. Pray for world wide repentance that people would turn to God, so that he will forgive their sins. Please pray and intercede without ceasing that God’s will be done in the lives of the world’s leaders and for our leaders to seek God and listen to Him. Pray that they would be surrounded by godly counsel and, that President Trump and the world leaders would personally know God and the salvation found through faith in Jesus Christ alone. That we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. God can turn the hearts of kings. Earnestly pray that the people of America and its leaders will humble themselves and seek the Lords face and turn from their wicked ways. Pray that the Lord would hear from heaven and forgive our countries sins and heal our land. God Bless America Pray that the Lord would grant peace in America, that we may lie down and no one will make us afraid. That the Lord would remove wild beasts from the land, and that the sword will not pass through our country and that President Trump along with our leaders be filled with power, with the Spirit of the Lord, and with justice and might to declare the sins of Gods people. Please pray for revival and that the Lord would pour out his spirit on his servants, throughout the world both men and women. Pray for the peace of Israel. Pray for healing for those affected by the coronavirus and that it does not continue to spread. May Gods will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Please pray- my husband is in a long term affair with his married employee at their Christian work & they are divorcing for each other. My husband is giddy with happiness and is pushing the divorce through as quickly as possible. The divorce will be final shortly. He’s cold and cruel and I’m heartbroken he won’t fight to keep our family together. He is currently living with her and her baby (that might be his). Please pray God stops this affair & that he is completely humbled & broken by God and that he realizes the full ramifications of his sin & the hurt he has caused. Pray too that his employer stops condoning the affair & his Christian friends who support this affair will have the integrity to stand too for truth and morality. And pray for my heart- I’m so heartbroken to have lost my husband and family unit to his sin and selfishness. Thank you!

Daddy God, i pray and declare today for a change US. I believed in your promise in Matthew 21:22 that says ” If i believed i will received whatever i asked for in prayer”. Amen! And i also declare Ephesian 3:20-21 that says that ” i pray that Christ Jesus and the church will forever bring praise to God. His power at work in us can do far more that we can dare ask or imagine”. Amen

Has a believer i do believe with all my heart that God is working on our behalf because he says that all things work together for the good of those who loved him, those who are called according to his purpose.
And what we are doing is part of his purpose so his power is at work in us right now to do things that we can never thought or imagine we could do because he will do it and he already doing it right now. All his asking for us to do is to believe that we have already received it.

Amen! And to God Almighty and Jesus be the glory forever and ever. Amen!

Thanks for prayers this morning at our workout: Surgery on my dad went great. He was stable through the whole thing. The doctor said all his numbers look great. I asked the doctor and he said everything is looking good and the doctor thinks the worst is behind us. Praise god. He still has a long road to recovery but everything looks good as of now. They are not worried about swelling on the brain anymore. Heart is looking stronger. His eyes were open this morning and squeezing hands to certain questions and he even tried to sit up and couldn’t but God is good and working!

I prayed for help when I got pregnant at 16 years old.. I never considered abortion even when the doctors told me my daughter had life threatening heart disease. My daughter was born healthier than expected when I was 17 years old. She has had two heart surgeries and I thank god everyday that she is here. Even when my whole family insisted I couldn’t keep my baby, I never doubted myself or MY child. I am prolife because I changed my life around to take care of my baby and I did what I had to do to be capable of providing her a good life. I am now 22 years old and my daughter is going to be five in February and she gives me so much to be proud of. She’s the reason I graduated college and she’s the reason I still push everyday. I didn’t consider abortion because I could never hurt a child.. my child. I stand tall and proud that I chose to keep my baby regardless of my financial situation at the time being a child myself. I continue to pray for her good health and my health to be strong for her. AMEN.

I was told I need surgery. A very difficult one. We made plans for January. Over the weekend, I realized I just cannot wait that long and could be fatal if I wait. I have to call and see what to do. I dontwant surgery. But I have avoided it as long as possible. prayers and good vibes my way… I have 5 kids married to a ft firefighter. 2 dogs and 2 jobs and he has 3 jobs. We are very tired and weary.. We also moved into a new house where owners knew the septic system was bad and inspector approved, I need prayers it will clear. because they never told us. His car died, so we bought another. That car died. So he takes my car and we share but usually I have to drive 45 mins each way b/c of kids with school.. Our children are amazing, 21,20,18,16 and 7!!! and I thank God every day for them, Especially my 9 year later addition,, that had I not been pregnant aftter all those years, they wouldn’t have found a large tumor in the 4th month, and I wouldn’t be here to share this story. Unfortunately having him and the tumor, I needed an emergency c-hysterectomy when I had him, and collapsed lungs and which brings me where I am now.. I need many prayers. I also have a disease (cedsa.org). We are survivors. I hope to feel like I’m surving again when sometimes the wave is just so hard to ride. I pray for peace, quiet, comfort and a lil less pain.. I’m terrifed about this procedure. I have a very upsetting feeling about it, but I know If I just put it all in Gods hands, that my suffering isn’t in vain. And I can withstand and offer it up for the babies. and those in need.

Pray for me and my four grown children. Me, I repent of giving even one second to any bitter thought; them, deliverance from bitterness and hatred of their mother. We’ve had a great relationship for years; or so it seemed. I was not a good mother. I was a drug addict mom. I’ve been clean for years and have repented and apologised again and again through the years; but, my past ties are still an issue sometimes. I cant go back and do it different and I know this is the devil troubling them and me. Me, Christy, Scott, James, Lora, please.

For a special blessing on all those participating in 40 Days for Life this fall. That they be kept safe and that their prayers may bring a renewed respect for all human life in their communities. Also, that those directly involved in the abortion industry may experience conversion and God’s love and mercy in their lives.

I’m making this request because I need a really BIG FAVOR. I know for a fact that you have a really good and personal relationship with our Lord and Savor Jesus. I need you to mention my name in your prayers daily because I am dealing with a life altering personal crisis in my life right now that I am really struggling with.
There are very few things that can intimidate me or bring me to my knees, and the situation I am facing is one of them.

I would rather not talk about at the moment but, I need the help of a real prayer warrior such as yourself on my side. So, please just ask God to show me favor and restore the joy in my life.
I truly believe in the strength prayer and the connection we all have with our Lord and Savor Jesus Christ. I also believe in the miracles that are manifested by His hands every day. As a friend and brother in Christ, I ask you to PLEASE ask God to show me favor and send a miracle my way and restore my joy, I ask that you help me in asking God to put the desire in ex Alexis’s heart to return to me and become my wife as we had planned to be. I ask that you help me ask God to return my Alexis, London, Brooklyn and Deonte home to me so that we can be a real Family as we were working to be.
Thank you for your prayers and support

    Sincerely
    Leroy S Yeartie Sr

My heart aches for you, as I truly know your heart is broken because I also had a son die, a Mother’s worst nightmare, but, I can positively tell you that by turning your tears and pain into agonizing prayers to Jesus, He will indeed “heal the broken hearted” as His Word promises. I still ache and sometimes cry out to God “WHY? God, why” but He has said to me, “I gave my only Son to you to die for your sins, and yet, you don’t trust me to take care of your son”? “Why, oh you of little faith”. And so, We must put our sons into God’s hands and be confident we will see them again.

I will keep you in my prayers for peace beyond understanding.

      May God Bless you,
      Jude

Please pray for baby Nolan. He was born 2 weeks ago. He has Down syndrome and has had surgery to connect his esophagus to the stomach. Now his white cell blood count is rapidly rising (tripled in the last day) and his doctors feel that he has leukemia. Doctors have ruled out an infection.

Back in September when his mother found out she was pregnant she made an appointment to have an abortion since this was her 4th child and she didn’t feel she could support another child. When our family found out about the plan we prayed very hard that she would change her mind. Now we are praying even harder for Nolan. Please pray for Nolan and for his family. Thank you.

My friend’s nephew died (Ryan) in an accident with a high-speed passenger train over the weekend. He was only 22 – again prayers for peace and comfort.

Sr. Francelle had a stroke today and is unresponsive at St. Lukes hospital in Aberdeen SD. Received the message from her niece Kathy Jo Peterson. We have been linking to Sr. Francelle’s weekly devotion each Friday since we began posting her devotions on a blog in 2008. She is a Sister of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, living at the Motherhouse in Aberdeen, SD. In 1988, I met Sr. Francelle on the Search retreat program that she led for many years. A few years later my brother Steve S. Castle met his wife Martina Castle on that same retreat program. Sr. Francelle is a living Saint…let’s keep her close in prayer in the coming days. Feel free to comment on how Sr. Francelle and her devotions have impacted your faith journey. http://sisterfrancelle.blogspot.com/

    Hello friends,

The following request came from a young lady at my old college. We have little time before tomorrow, but please pray whenever your read this — Melanie and her little one will need all the prayers, current and retroactive, that they can get!

    —-

    Hey Everyone,

    Here’s the situation:
I was talking to my cousin, Kim, on the phone last night, and she told me that her co-worker, Melanie, is planning to have an abortion on Tuesday. Melanie is 19 years old, and just over two weeks pregnant. Her friends are all telling her to go ahead and have “it” taken care of, and that it’s “no big deal.” Kim’s been trying to talk her out of it… but they think she’s just pushing her Catholic morals on Melanie. Melanie doesn’t want to be fat for 9 months, even though Kim said that if Melanie would carry the baby for 9 months, Kim would carry him/her for the rest of his/her life. Melanie’s boyfriend said he would support her either way, so let’s just hope that Melanie’s concerns about her weight can be overlooked

    Your mission:
Please pray for both Kim and Melanie, and do everything in your power to help save this baby’s life.

Feel free to send this on if you think it might help…

    Elizabeth

Hello Angels. Thanks for keeping your end of the deal and getting serious with the prayers. Abby came through today with flying colors. Dr. B made about five punctures on each side of her neck and injected this material to dry up the blood. This is only temporary for the big Friday surgery to dry out the area for Dr. Ghatan to do the laminectomy. Dr. Ghatan talked to us for about an hour discussing surgery. AVM is winning and we are getting against the wall. There is a good chance Abby could become a quadriplegic if we don’t try this and give spinal cord space. It cannot keep taking this abuse. The nerves are going to get damaged. Rich boo-hooed while I kept asking questions. The biggest risk here is that Abby would start bleeding during surgery and they would not be able to stop it and she would literally bleed to death. That’s a tough reality, but as her parents, along with guidance from the docs, we have to try anything we can to get her cured and keep walking. Abby has already had a taste of the limited arm and leg movement with the stroke and we just can’t see no movement being in her future. We have you all praying and supporting us and do not believe that it is part of God’s plan to take her from us. He is just making Abby jump some major hurdles right now for whatever reason. So Friday could be the biggest day of her life. Call a friend or relative and ask them to pray for our friend Abby early Friday morning. Let’s rattle the rooftops and be heard. We have got to fight this one out for this little girl. Abby will have some major recuperating after the laminectomy and Dr. Ghatan can’t estimate time or limitations until we see what happens during surgery. Dr. B said a last minute change in plans could happen when they go in. Stay positive and we will try and keep our chins up. Dr. B. told Abby himself of the plan and she took it like a mature girl. She cried only slightly that they would cut her skin. All is well in NY for now. We just played a board game of LIFE. Abby won of course. Abby will be playing a real game of LIFE on Friday with the surgery and she will win again, I just know it. Thanks for the prayers. This little girl is so precious and priceless!

Update on LIFE Runner Joanna Webster and her baby boy. Please keep her and loved ones in your prayers.

    Please see below

Well, I am now 22 1/2 weeks along and it has been very rough road.  I have been on modified bed rest for 3 weeks (initially because of heavy bleeding and now because of more heavy bleeding and contractions).  I have diagnosed with sub chorionic hematoma. The heavy bleeding can cause premature rupture of membranes and preterm labor.  The doctors are hoping for us to get to 28 weeks…unfortunately as of now, nothing can be done but rest and lots of water.  We are taking things day by day and then week by week.  We pray for 28 weeks… Survival of a 24 week baby is 50% and by 28 weeks it is 80%.  Thanks for your prayers!

    Joanna

My husband Jim’s Mom, Gene Rogers, died suddenly last week at her home in Gardnerville, Nevada. We live in Colorado Springs and Jim drove for 2 days to get there. I know that he would like to have a Mass of the Resurrection and a Catholic burial for her. His brother and sister-in-law would just like to have some kind of service and then scatter her ashes in the forest. I know that God holds Gene is His arms no matter what happens, but please keep Jim and our family in your prayers. Thank you, Maureen

Please pray for me as I am down hearted today. I will be going w/ my family to SD on Thurs morn and traveling to N. MN on Aug 5 until Aug 7 to go through my dad’s belongings. He shot and killed himself last year on July 3rd; he was in a contract for deed agreement w/ my step sister and husband. They told my dad ‘No deal!’ after the contract was signed and recorded. Dad killed himself. The step sister and husband deny that the ‘No deal’ ever happened and are going through w/ the cfd w/ my stepmom who has short term memory loss from a previous brain anerisum. To my knowledge, they still are NOT holding up to all the stipulations in the cfd….not paying around $1,200 more money each month. All this said, to ask for prayer as I go w/ my sister, who hasn’t been to the Lake where Dad died yet since his death; she was due to have her baby and wasn’t able to go to his funeral. It will be hard, but thanks be to God that Jesus will be there w/ us. My sister, Brenda is not deep w/ Jesus, if she has Him at all. My stepmom, Debbie, does have JESUS thankfully. Please pray for peace, safe travel, and opportunities to share what Jesus has done in our lives and to be of help to Debbie while we are there. Thank you so much, God bless all of you and your efforts for Christ and the Gospel, Laura 🙂

I am so sorry for your loss. We struggle greatly when a loved one dies at their own hands. I am asking God to comfort you. I am asking God for His provision of grace and peace to handle these circumstances. I am asking God for forgiveness and long-suffering. We may not see justice but we can display God’s love to all. Forgive them father for they know not what to do, God bless you and yours!

Peggy and Carol earlier requested prayers for my pre-born grandson… child of Kerry and Adam S. Koal has since been born (on May 4, 2011) and at one week underwent his first open heart surgery. Thanks be to God and to all of you the miracle occured and that surgery was successful. We praise God and we thank all of you but ask that prayers also continue. Koal will need a number more miracles as the next few weeks or months go by. His heart defects were far more profound than first thought during pregnancy. Although his first surgery was successful in allowing our darling boy to live, his pediatric cardiologists are presently not sure what to do next and are in consultation nationwide with other cardiologists to combine expertise. A decision on what the next open heart surgery should be is needed and prayers for that and for the surgeons who will perform it are necessary. Prayers for our little Koal are so needed…as they are for his parents, kerry and adam, and all his loving family. The first miraculous surgery was temporary only … the next will be far more serious and complicated and it is likely this baby will end up eventually needing a transplant. We pray to God, the Great Healer, to look upon this tiny life and bless him in His compassion and mercy with all that the baby needs, all the wisdom and skill of his drs, and the strength and continued faiith of Kerry and Adam and the rest of the family. Thank you all and bless all of you as well . Katie Baldwin

He has now contracted Staph Pneumonia and is not expected to live much longer. I’m asking for prayer that his daughter arrive in time to say good-bye and for strength for my mother.

Please pray for Katherine and Anders Burgman who just lost their 10 day old baby boy (Anders John). Baby “Jack” was discovered dead in his crib at 6:30 am yesterday. Despite their youth, his parents have worked in the pro-life movement for many years; she was the Executive Director of our local crisis pregnancy center. Please pray that God will give them peace and consolation during this tragic time. Thank you.

In thanksgiving for JP being able to be home for a few hours last night. For Jesus to continue to hold JP close as his health issues continue. Prayers for healing Rebekah as she was admitted today – stomach flu that led her to crisis for several days.

Please pray for our son Toby. He lost his job and now needs to decide on going back to school or looking seriously for a job. His finances are awful. First and foremost, Toby needs the Lord back in his life.

We are writing to ask for prayers for the Podraza family. Our good friend Jeff and his two, daughters (Jordyn-12 & Taylor-10) died in a tragic car accident in Nebraska on Saturday on the way to see family. Kelly, the girls’ mother and Jeff’s ex-wife, was in New York when the accident occurred. Jordyn and Taylor are her only children. Both girls attended St. Wenceslaus Catholic School and where in the 7th & 5th grades. As you can imagine, she is completely devastated as are Jeff’s parents as they will have to bury their only son (they have an older daughter) and their only grandchildren. Prayers are also needed for Kris, Jeff’s girlfriend, of four years. The wake for the girls was last night (Tuesday) and the funeral is today (Wednesday) in Omaha. Jeff’s wake is tonight in Columbus and the funeral will be tomorrow (Thursday). Ladd and I are just heartbroken that we cannot be there. Please say as many prayers for everyone who has been blessed to know this family. It is going to be a tough 48 hours. Thank you!

Thank you Pat. I really appreciate it. Just spoke with my mother and my step-father spoke today. He was coherent, albeit weak. He drank some water and ate a few bites. He’s not well, but I’m thankful for any improvement.

My 85-year-old father, Al C., who goes out dancing twice a week, has been hospitalized for 11 days with a collasped lung and then pneumonia. Yesterday they placed a new chest tube . The first one “didn’t work”. If this one fails, too, they may have to do surgery to attach the lung to the rib.(?) He’s a man of faith, but not churched for the last 35+ years. Thank you for your prayers. Shirley

Continued prayers requested for O’Gorman teacher Jen Leigh who has been hospitalized for more than two weeks with bacterial meningitis. She was very, very ill and is now slowly recovering, but doctors are now also concerned that an inactive brain tumor is now active, so once she recovers from the meningitis, she will need further treatment for the tumor. She is a wonderful chemistry teacher and is loved by the entire school community. Prayers are most appreciated!

      Hi Edith,
Prayers in route…lots of spiritual warfare in this situation. Also sad to see a fellow Knight so out of line with the Church and and the mission of KoC. His daughters and lost grand daughter will feel this pain for the rest of their life. The Knights have done so much to help defend Life. Last year a group led by Rich (one of our authors, co-founder) raised money to buy an ultrasound machine for a crisis pregnancy center in Florida.

      In Christ,

      Hi Kathy,
Prayers in route! “Come, Holy Spirit, Come…Lord Jesus, please send your healing grace upon your precious baby boy. We ask for a quick and full recovery as he continues to grow and develop. We specifically ask that you will strengthen his lungs, help him to eat and maintain his weight and body temperature. Bless his parents and family and comfort them in any fears or anxiety they may be experiencing at this time. Blessed Mother please wrap your mantle about Kelly, Kenny and their newborn son and intercede for his quick and full recovery. In Jesus’ name we pray.”

At this point, we were able to get her in to a specialist. Tests and ultrasound showed baby is still alive and has a strong heartbeat. Momma is feeling pretty rough but hanging in there. The doctor said its a waiting game now. God’s hand is mighty and I really belive He is revealing Himself to the mother through this. Thanks for continuing to pray!
