“The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few.  The Kingdom of God is at hand.”
 ~ Lk 10:2 (full readings)
Pat’s Reflections:  How often have you felt like you are the only one willing to speak up against abortion?  The only one that is willing to say to a mother in crisis, “you can do this, and I’m going to help you.”  I spoke at a 40 Days for Life closing rally with about 50 people and thought, “why aren’t there hundreds of people here?”  Well, a few times a year, we are blessed with a great cloud of witnesses who help us persevere in running the race set before us (Heb 12:1).  This weekend (schedule), about 200 members of the National LIFE Runners Team will don “REMEMBER The Unborn, Jer 1:5” jerseys for the Crazy Horse 1K/5K/half/full Marathon, lighting up the Black Hills of South Dakota with the Gospel of Life!  In the past 11 months the LIFE Runners team has grown from 500 to nearly 1,700 runners/walkers, ages 4 to 79, from 44 states and 11 countries.  “I planted, Apollos watered, but God caused the growth.” ~ 1 Cor 3:6
